摘　　要：供应链出现资金约束时,会导致供应链系统难以完成预期目标,降低整体收益,严重的可能产生断链的风险。因此,供应链上存在资金约束的中小企业应采取何种融资方式、如何实现供应链协调等问题,成为了当前供应链管理中重要的研究方向。文中首先总结了供应链中资金约束问题的产生与机理,继而从零售商存在资金约束、供应商存在资金约束、双方均存在资金约束、考虑公平关切这四个角度分别梳理了目前资金约束下供应链协调问题的主要研究方法和结论,最后对现有文献进行了评述,并指出了进一步的研究方向。In supply chain,capital constrains often lead to system failing to meet expectations,overall profit drop,or even as serious as risk of chain breaking. Therefore,for small and medium enterprises with capital constraints in supply chain,topics like ＂how to financing＂and ＂how to achieve supply chain coordination ＂become crucial research direction in supply chain management. This paper firstly summarized the causes and mechanism of capital constraints issue in supply chain. Then clarified the major research method and conclusion of supply chain coordination with current capital constraints from the following 4perspective： retailer with capital constraints,supplier with capital constraints,both retailer and supplier with capital constraints,and fairness condition. Lastly reviewed and commented existing literatures and pointed out future research direction.
