摘　　要：研究以财经类院校的教学模式改革为中心,以后现代主义为背景进行了财经类院校如何实施和开展书院制教学模式的研讨,提供了后现代主义背景下财经类院校实施书院制教学模式过程中应注意的问题和要点,希望通过突出交流、因材施教、突出重点等方面内容,更好地体现书院制教学模式的价值,推进财经类院校教学模式创新、教育机制改革等核心工作的进程。This paper focuses on the reform of teaching model of colleges in finance and economics and the background of postmodernism. How to implement and carry out the teaching model of the academy system in the background of postmodernism is provided, hoping to better reflect the value of the teaching model of the college through the outstanding communication, individualized teaching and highlighting the focus, and promote teaching reform of financial institutions.
