地方高校科研服务区域经济发展机制及路径研究

摘　　要：契合区域社会经济发展的需要,地方高校整合自身的科研和人才资源,与区域社会经济融为一体,这是地方高校发挥优势、扩宽职能,走可持续发展的必然选择。以"一个中心三个主体五个机制"平台为基础,通过改变观念,地方高校要契合区域经济发展的要求;明晰关系,鼓励高校教师参与地方社会与经济的发展;强化应用,加强实用技术的研究与推广;拓宽领域,提升高校的多元化服务能力等路径,增强地方高校在区域发展中的智力引导和创新服务的功能,努力实现共建共享的双赢局面。In line with the needs of regional social and economic development, local universities integrate their own scientific research and human resources to combine with the regional social economy. This is the inevitable choice for local universities to give full play to their advantages, expand their functions and take sustainable development. The foundation is ＂one centre, three main bodies, and five mechanisms＂. To change the concept, local universities should meet the requirements of regional economic development ; coor-dinate the relationship, encourage teachers to participate in local social and economic development; broaden the field to enhance the diversity of universities^argeted service domain ; strengthen the application and the practical technology research and promotion path; enhance the local universities＇apacity in the regional de-velopment of intellectual guidance and innovative service functions ; and strive to achieve win-win situation of co-construction and sharing.
