摘　　要：角膜屈光术后人工晶状体(IOL)度数的测算方法很多。近年来,新型测量设备和测算方法又有新的进展。本文根据国内外研究进展,进一步分析角膜屈光术后IOL度数测算误差的原因,并对无角膜屈光手术病史资料的白内障患者IOL度数测算提出相应的解决策略。There are many ways to measure the intraocular lens（ IOL） power after corneal refractive surgery. In recent years,new progress has been made in measuring equipment and methods. According to domestic and foreign research progress,this article analyzes the reasons for the error of IOL measurement after corneal refractive surgery,and the solution strategy for IOL measurement are proposed.
