摘　　要：目的研究六安地区精神分裂症患者血清细胞因子水平以及其在抗精神病药物治疗中的变化。方法采用流式荧光法检测34例健康成人和53例精神分裂症患者治疗前后8种细胞因子[白细胞介素(IL)-10、IL-6、IL-13、IL-4、干扰素(IFN)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-1a、IL-1RA]的浓度。结果治疗前精神分裂症患者IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平比对照组高(P<0.05),治疗后精神分裂症患者IL-1a、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比治疗前低(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6和TNF-α与精神分裂症的病情相关,IL-10在精神分裂症早期抗炎中起作用。Objective To study the levels of serum cytokines in schizophrenic patients and their changes in antipsychotic medication treatment.Methods The levels of serum cytokines including IL-10,IL-6,IL-13,IL-4,IFN,TNF-α,IL-1aand IL-1RA were detected in 34 healthy adults and 53 schizophrenia patients by adopting the flow fluorescence method.Results The serum levels of IL-6,IL10 and TNF-αbefore treatment in schizophrenic patients were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of serum IL-1a,IL-6and TNF-αin schizophrenic patients were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum IL-6and TNF-αlevels are correlated with the disease condition of schizophrenia.IL-10 plays a role in early anti-inflammation of schizophrenia.
