摘　　要：作为我国医疗卫生事业人才毕业后医学教育的两种主要模式,临床医学专业型研究生培养和住院医师规范化培训存在着一定的异同。文章分析了将二者并轨的必要性和可行性,介绍了南华大学第一临床学院从报考条件、培养方案、实施思路等方面建立的并轨机制及实施过程中出现的问题,对建立二者长效并轨机制提出了思考与展望。As the two main modes of post-graduation education of clinical medicine in our country, education for postgraduates pursuing professional degree in clinical medicine and standardized training for resident doctors have some similarities and differences. The authors analyze the necessity and feasibility of combining the two modes. Then we introduce the integration mechanism established by the First Clinical College of University of South China regarding application requirements, training scheme, and implementation ideas and the problems emerged during the implementation process. Then, we put forward the thinking about the long-term mechanism integrating the two modes and its prospect.
