含季铵盐抗菌单体实验盖髓材料的生物相容性研究

摘　　要：目的:测试含季铵盐抗菌单体实验盖髓材料生物相容性。方法:参考ISO 10993系列标准,通过细胞毒性试验、急性溶血试验、黏膜刺激试验及短期全身毒性试验测试其生物相容性。结果:体外细胞毒性试验显示实验盖髓材料的细胞毒性等级为1级,无明显细胞毒性;其对兔血的溶血率为4.1%;口腔黏膜刺激试验结果显示其对金黄地鼠口腔黏膜无刺激性;短期全身毒性试验表明其对SD大鼠无短期全身毒性作用。结论:含季铵盐抗菌单体实验盖髓材料具有良好的生物相容性。AIM： To evaluate the biocompatibility of an experimental pulp capping material containing qua-ternary ammonium salt antibacterial monomer. METHODS： According to the international standards of IS010993, the biocompatibility of the experimental pulp capping material was evaluated by cytotoxicity test, acute hemolysis test, oral mucous membrane irritation test and short - term systemic toxicity test. RESULTS ： The experimental pulp capping mate-rial showed the cytotoxicity of grade 1, hemolysis rate of 4. l%for the rabbit blood. No mucous membrane irritation effect for the golden mouse and no short - term systemic toxicity effect in SD rats were observed. CONCLUSION： The experi-mental pulp capping material containing quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial monomer has good biocompatibility.
