摘 要:目的:研究乳牙龋活跃程度对氟离子导入防龋效果的影响。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取张家港市12所幼儿园的1 743名3~4岁儿童,根据基线口腔检查的龋失补牙数(dmft),分为无龋组(dmft=0)、低龋组(1≤dmft<4)、高龋组(dmft≥4),接受定期口腔健康指导的同时进行1年两次的氟离子导入,两年后比较3组儿童的新增dmft。结果:两年后无龋组、低龋组、高龋组新增dmft分别为0.82±1.39、2.11±2.15、2.41±2.10,3组间有统计学差异(F=135.58,P<0.05),两两相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龋活跃程度可降低氟离子导入的防龋效果,在乳牙未患龋之前进行干预效果最好。AIM:To evaluate the influence of caries activity on the caries preventive effect of fluoride ion infiltration. METHODS: 1,743 children aged 3-4 year - old from 12 preschools in Zhangjiagang were selected with cluster random sampling method. They were divided into caries - free group ( dmft = 0),low caries group (1 ≤dmft 〈4) and high caries group (dmft≥4 ) according to the dmft calculated by the first oral examination. The children were given regular oral health education and a bi - annual fluoride ion infiltration application. The increase of dmft was compared among the 3 groups at 2 - year follow - up. RESULTS: The increase of dmft in carie - free group, low caries group and high caries group was 0. 82 ±1.39, 2.11 ± 2. 15 ,and 2. 41 ±2. 10,respectively ( F = 135. 5 8, P 〈 0. 05 ; between every 2 groups,P 〈 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION : The high caries activity may weaken the preventive effect of fluoride ion infiltration. The optimal timing of intervention is before caries development.
