基于模糊控制的负载隔离式混合电源性能研究

摘  要:针对传统电池在经济和动力方面存在的不足,本文结合磷酸铁锂电池的高能量密度优势和超级电容削峰填谷的优势及再生制动能量高效回收的特性,提出了一种新的解决方案。实验车辆在实验循环工况NEDC下,根据整车参数和设计指标,对电源系统功率和能量进行了匹配。同时,根据工况的不同,设计功率分配策略,并利用Advisor软件与Matlab/Simulink软件对该电源系统进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明,混合电源系统的锂电池较单一电源系统中锂电池SOC的变化幅度更小,说明超级电容削峰填谷的作用得到了充分发挥;磷酸铁锂电池在工作时放电电流很大,当在电源系统中加入超级电容后,锂电池工作电流显著降低,而且锂电池的电流曲线变化平滑,没有出现骤升骤降的现象,说明该电源系统较传统电源系统具有更好的动力性、更大的功率和更长的使用寿命,从而提高整车性能。该研究为电动汽车电源系统的发展奠定了基础。Considering the shortcomings of traditional battery in economic and power,a new solution is put forward in this paper-the lithium iron phosphate battery.It has the advantage of high energy density of lithium iron phosphate battery and replenishment capacity of super capacitor and high cycling effectiveness of energy when braking.The vehicle is under the cycle operating condition-NEDC-to figure out the power and energy that it needs according to the set parameters and design specifications.And it implements combined simulation with the software Advosor and Matlab/Simulink.The result shows that the changing arrangement of the lithium battery in hybrid power system is smaller than that single existed.It proved that the replenishment capacity of super capacitor was played.The discharge current at work of lithium iron phosphate was great.When super capacitor was added into battery system,the discharge current at work of lithium battery was much lower,and current curve of lithium battery becomes smooth,has no behave of rush up and down of current data.It can prove that the vehicle would have better motivation,stronger power and longer using life to enhance vehicle performance.The study would make a foundation for the development of electric vehicle power system in some degree.
