摘 要:研究目的:采用SIMI MOTION动作捕捉系统采集并分析安徽省优秀女子跳高运动员金东华的起跳技术,通过与国内优秀运动员技术的对比分析,对其起跳技术进行诊断评价,为教练员与运动员提供准确的动作技术参考和建议。主要结论:(1)金东华助跑时身体重心偏高,在倒数一步时身体重心有明显下降。这并不影响起跳效果,反而有利于获得更大垂直速度;(2)金东华助跑倒数两步水平速度较慢,需要增强速度训练,提高助跑水平速度;(3)金东华在起跳时起跳腿的髋关节和膝关节角度过大,易产生蹬伸不足;(4)金东华在起跳时摆动腿技术为屈腿型摆动。这个技术不利于摆动腿的前摆,影响其获得更快的垂直速度。应加强腿部力量,减小摆动腿的折叠角度。Research purposes: SIMI Motion capture system was used to collect and analyze Anhui elite women high jumpers Jin Donghua take-off technology. By jumping techniques comparative analysis with domestic athletes, evaluate its take-off technology, which action provides accurate technical reference and recommendations for coaches and athletes. The main conclusions : ( 1 ) Gravity center of Jin Donghua is too high at run-time. Gravity center decrease significantly in step down, which does not affect the take-off effects, but it is conducive to greater vertical velocity ; (2) Horizontal speed of the last two steps in approach are slow, who need to enhance speed training to improve horizontal speed; (3)The hip and knee angles are too large, easy to produce kicking insufficient; (4)The swing technique of Jin Donghua during take-off is the bent knees oscillating, which technology is not conducive to before swinging of the swing-leg. And this affects athletes to go faster vertical speed. Athletes should strengthen the leg strength, reduce the swinging leg folding angle.
