三联疗法与胃炎灵联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探究对胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者采用三联疗法联合胃炎灵进行治疗的临床效果。[方法]选择2014年2月~2016年2月于我院接受治疗的胃溃疡Hp感染患者中随机选取91例作为此次研究的观察对象,并按照入院治疗的先后顺序将其分为研究组(45例)和对照组(46例),2组的治疗方案分别为三联疗法联合胃炎灵和单纯使用三联疗法,疗程结束后对患者的治疗效果进行观察与分析。[结果]经治疗,研究组的总有效率、Hp根除率和复发率分别为93.33%、97.78%、4.44%;对照组分别为76.09%、71.74%、19.57%,2组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的各个临床症状评分均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对胃溃疡Hp感染患者采用三联疗法与胃炎灵进行联合治疗效果显著,临床推广价值高。[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with Weiyanling in pa- tients with gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection. [-Methods] From February 2014 to February 2016,91 patients with Helicobacter pylori（H, pylori）infection in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization： treatment group（n=45）and control group （n=46）. The treatment regimen of the two groups was triple therapy combined with Weiyanling and the triple therapy was used alone. After treatment,the therapeutic effect was observed and analyzed. [-Results] The total effective rate, Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 93.33%, 97.78% and 4.44% respectively. The corresponding values of the control group were 76.09% ,71.74% and 19.57%（P〈0.05）. The clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the con- trol group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Combination of triple therapy and Weiyanling treatment is effective in the treatment of gastrie ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori infection.
