低氧诱导因子-1α和胰岛素样生长因子-I检测在溃疡性结肠炎的临床应用价值

摘　　要：[目的]探讨了检测外周血低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-1)因子表达变化在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的临床意义。[方法]选取2014年1月~2016年4月我院诊治的UC患者76例,另入选40例健康体检者为正常对照。HIF-1α和IGF-1因子表达的检测使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。[结果]UC患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达分别为(38.64±7.53)ng/ml和(57.82±12.26)ng/ml,均显著高于健康对照组的(12.75±3.16)ng/ml和(26.35±5.14)ng/ml(P<0.01)。活动期UC患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达分别为(44.52±8.37)ng/ml和(64.65±13.14)ng/ml,均显著高于缓解期UC患者的(19.68±4.34)ng/ml和(5.73±6.58)ng/ml(P<0.01)。不同临床严重程度UC患者间HIF-1α和IGF-1表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中重型患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达显著高于中型患者(P<0.05),中型患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达又显著高于轻型患者(P<0.05)。UC患者不同内镜分级间HIF-1α和IGF-1表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中Ⅲ级患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达显著高于Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05),Ⅱ级患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达又显著高于Ⅰ级患者(P<0.05)。UC患者HIF-1α和IGF-1表达呈显著正相关(r=0.517,P<0.05)。[结论]UC患者存在HIF-1α和IGF-1异常高表达,HIF-1α和IGF-1的检测有可能用于UC患者病情的评估。[Objective] To detect the clinical application value of hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha（HIF- la） and insulin like growth factor-I （IGF-1） in ulcerative colitis （UC）. [ Methods] 76 UC patients were en- rolled in this study. Another 40 healthy person were used as normal control. The ELISA analysis was used to detect HIF-la and IGF-1 expression. [,Results]The expression of HIF-la and IGF-1 was （38.64±7.53） ng/ml and （57.82±12.26） ng/ml in UC group,which was higher than that of （12.75±3.16） ng/ml and （26.35±5.14） ng/ml in healthy control group（P〈0.01）.The expression of HIF-1α and IGF-1 was （44.52±8.37） ng/ml and （64.65±13.14） ng/ml in active stage,which was higher than that of 19.68± 4.34 ng/ml and （35.73±6.58） ng/ml in remission stage（P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in HIF-1α and IGF-1 expression among different clinical severity（P〈0.05）. The expression of HIF-1α and IGF-1 was significantly higher in severe stage patients than that in medium stage patients（P〈0.05）,and higher in medium stage patients than that in light stage patients（P〈0.05）. There were significant differ ences in HIF-1α and IGF-1 expression among different endoscopic activity grade（P〈0. 05）. The expression of HIF-1α and IGF-1 was significantly higher in III stage patients than that in II stage patients（P〈0.05）, and higher in II stage patients than that in I stage patients（P〈0.05）. The expression of HIF-1 was signifi- cantly positively correlated with IGF-1 in UC patients （r = 0. 517, P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] UC patients showed high expression of HIF-1α and IGF-1 ,and detection of HIF-1α and IGF-1 was likely to be used for the assessment of activity and severity of UC patients.
