摘　　要：目的:制定地西泮注射液(Diazepam Injection)给药规范流程,保障患者用药的安全有效。方法:系统检索Pub Med、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库和相关工具书,纳入地西泮注射液配伍稳定性的文献,基于文献提取解答临床问题所需的证据。因文献证据不足,则进一步开展实验研究,建立证据。考察不同溶媒稀释不同倍数后的地西泮溶液外观、沉淀生成及不同放置时间地西泮含量的变化情况。结果:文献证据显示,地西泮注射液的稀释问题存在争议。实验结果显示,在1:2.5~1:15倍稀释的浓度范围内放置8 h后均可生成肉眼可见沉淀物,1:25倍稀释液澄清且放置后无沉淀生成,且0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后室温4 h放置稳定。结论:以地西泮注射液为例,通过证据利用和证据建立,将研究结果用于地西泮注射液给药规范流程的制定,解决具体操作中存在的问题。Objective： To formulate the administration standards for diazepam injection and guarantee the safe and effective for treating patients. Methods： Systematic search PubMed, Embase, CNKI, WangFang and related reference books. The studies involving the compatible stability of diazepam were included. Meanwhile, we conducted a study on the compatible stability of diazepam because of the weak evidence from the literatures. According to the different proportion of diazepam injection, dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% and 10% glucose injection at room temperature for 8h. The changes in appearance and insoluble particles were observed, and the contents of diazepam in infusion solvents at each detection point of time were measured. Results： There is considerable controversy regarding the stability and compatibility of diazepam when diluted with intravenous fluids among studies from literatures. In our study, diazepam injection diluted in 2.5-15 times the volume of solvents, placing for 8 hours, which generated visible insoluble particles. 25-fold dilution was clear and no precipitation generated after placement. 0.9% sodium chloride injection for 4 hours at room temperature after placing showed better compatible stability than glucose injection. Conclusion： This study based on the investigation of the compatible stability of diazepam injection, the results was used for regulating the use of diazepam, which solved the problem of the concrete operation.
