摘　　要：目的探讨CD40在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测186例DLBCL组织中CD40的表达及平均密度(IOD/AOI),以IOD/AOI平均值为阈值,分为高表达组(IOD/AOI≥94.06±4.21,89例)和低表达组(IOD/AOI<94.06±4.21,97例)。分析CD40的表达与患者临床特征及预后的关系。结果CD40阳性表达率为70.4%(131/186)。CD40的表达与年龄、性别、临床分期、乳酸脱氢酶以及国际预后指数评分无明显相关性(P>0.05)。高表达组患者的生存率高于低表达组(P<0.05)。结论 CD40的表达可作为判断DLBCL患者预后的标志。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD40 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma（DLBCL）. Methods The expression and average density（IOD/AOI） of CD40 in DLBCL tissues were detected by immunochemistry in 186 cases. The patients were assigned into two groups of A（ IOD/AOI≥94.06±4.21,89 cases） and B （IOD/AOI〈94.06±4.21,97 cases）. The relationship of the expression of CD40 with clinical features and prognosis of patients was analysed. Results The positive expression rate of CD40 was 70.4% （131/186）. The expression of CD40 was not significantly correlated with age, gender, clinical stage, lactate dehydrogenase and international prognostic index score （P〈0. 05）. The survival rate was higher in group A than that in group 13 （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of CD40 can be used as an indicator for the prediction of prognosis of DLBCL patients.
