丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞治疗儿童脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞治疗儿童脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择儿童急性脑梗死患儿62例，按随机数字表法分为试验组（33例）和对照组（29例）。两组基础治疗相同，对照组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液5～10 ml/次，1次/d，加入100 ml葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释后静脉滴注。试验组在给予丹参川芎嗪注射液基础上联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液25 mg，1次/d。治疗2周后比较两组总有效率、肌力恢复及神经缺损评分情况。结果试验组总有效率为87.9%（29/33），对照组为75.9%（22/29），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后试验组肌力评分高于对照组[（4.00±0.47）分比（3.59±0.98）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后试验组神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组[（5.42±2.18）分比（6.86±2.23）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞治疗儿童脑梗死效果明显，值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine combined with Butylphthalide in cerebral infarction of children. Methods Sixty-two children with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （33 patients） and control group （29 patients）. The patients in two groups received the same basic treatment. The control group used Salvia Ligustrazine injection, and the treatment group used Salvia Ligustrazine injection combined with Butylphthalide. The total efficiency, the degree of recovery of muscle strength and the scores of nerve defect 2 weeks after treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency in treatment group was 87.9%（29/33）, in control group was 75.9%（22/29）, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Two weeks after treatment, the muscle strength scores in treatment group was （4.00 ± 0.47） scores , in control group was （3.59 ± 0.98） scores, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Two weeks after treatment, the scores of nerve defect in treatment group was （5.42 ± 2.18） scores, in control group was （6.86 ± 2.23） scores, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Salvia Ligustrazine combined with Butylphthalide in treatment of cerebral infarction of children has obvious effect, and it is worthy of spreading.
