琱生器中心事件考辨

摘　　要：本文通过对琱生器及相关铜器铭文的研究,认为琱生器所记述的中心事件是召氏大家族中有宗人私下交易人口和土地,造成人口和土地流失严重。大宗请求小宗琱生协助一起处理该事件,通过法律的方式没收宗人的非法所得,并收回其土地,琱生也收益了五分之二的回收土地。Through a study of the inscriptions on the Diaosheng bronze vessels and those on related bronzes, the author believes that the inscriptions of these vessels record mainly the event that some one in the major family of the Shao Clan exchanged privately the Clan＇ s population and land for something, which led to the serious loss of the Clan＇ s land and population. So the major family begged Diaosheng of the junior family for help in the settlement of the event in accordance with the law. It resulted in the confiscation of the offender＇ s illicit income and the regaining of the land, and Diaosheng was given 2/5 of the regained land.
