摘 要:为了改善目前大规模采用的麻化学脱胶法效率低、污染大的缺点,将液相放电技术引入麻脱胶处理。实验研究了液电效应处理前后的亚麻的质量、力学性能、表面结构以及脱胶水介质的变化。结果表明,亚麻经液相放电技术处理后,亚麻的质量减轻,纤维强度增加,纤维表面变得光滑洁净。液相放电技术可有效去除亚麻纤维表面杂质和果胶,根据SEM图像分析,纤维束变为相互独立的单根纤维,提高了亚麻纤维的分离度,有利于提高亚麻纤维上染率,脱胶废水易于处理。The liquid electrical explosion technology was used for the hemp degumming to overcome the shortcomings such as low efficiency and pollution in chemical degumming method. The changes in quality, mechanical properties, surface structure of the flax fiber and water medium before and after degumming were analyzed. The results showed that the flax weight was reduced, while fiber strength and fiber surface became smooth and clean after treated by liquid discharge technology, indicating that the liquid discharge technology could remove the flax fiber surface impurities and pectin effectively. The fiber bundle was separated into single fiber, and the separation degree and dyeing rate of flax fiber were improved according to SEM image analysis, while the degumming waste water could be treated easily.
