摘 要:进行了4组对比试验,研究了工件超声振动对TC4钛合金快走丝电火花线切割加工的表面粗糙度及其表面形貌的影响。结果表明:与TC4钛合金快走丝电火花线切割加工相比,在工件上附加超声振动以后,TC4钛合金工件表面粗糙度得到降低,但改变幅度都不一样。在电参数为功率管数2个,脉冲宽度16μs,脉冲间隔比为6时,表面粗糙度改变幅度最大。对比无超声振动,发现在工件上附加超声振动以后,形成的小凹坑更加均匀规则,且小凹坑的边缘更加光滑。4 sets of comparative experiments were carried out. The effects of workpiece ultrasonic vibration on the surface roughness and surface morphology of TC4 titanium alloy in HS-WEDM were studied. The results show that compared with TC4 titanium alloy in HS-WEDM, after ultrasonic vibration is added on the workpiece, the surface roughness of TC4 titanium alloy reduces, but the change amplitude is not the same. When power tube number is 2, the pulse width is 16 μs, pluse interval ratio is 6, the change amplitude of the surface roughness is great. Compared with no ultrasonic vibration, after ultrasound vibration is attached to the workpiece, the formed small pits are more uniform and regular and the edge of the small pits is smoother.
