摘 要:目的:探讨采用多教学模式联合在手术室教学中应用的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年2月广州医科大学附属第三医院手术室实习护生80例,均采用多教学模式,对80名手术室实习护生所教学的内容进行考核,分为操作考核和理论考核,操作考核有外科手消毒、穿脱手术衣、戴无菌手套、术前的物品准备、铺无菌器械台、铺巾、器械的传递等等,理论考核针对小讲课的内容,分为书面和提问的形式。结果:采用多教学模式联合的教学法,在教学中,调查学生80名,对此教学法的教学质量各方面均有较高满意率,学生理论成绩优秀率为91.25%,操作成绩优秀率为92.50%,结论:此教学模式可规范带教老师的教学水平,灵活、机动、有针对性地对护生展开培养,提高护生的自学主动性,加强护生对临床知识与操作技能的掌握,同时增强其动手能力和沟通技巧,更利于学生熟练掌握手术技术与知识,带教效果更理想。Objective To explore the effect of Application of multi-teaching combination model in the operating room Methods In this study, 80 internships of operating room were involved in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 and were divided into operation examination and theory of examination, the operation examination include operation assessment with surgical hand disinfection, wear or take off the gown, wear sterile gloves, items of preoperative preparation, sterile instrument table shop, sterile drapes were whisked shop towels, instrument of transfer instrument and so on .The oretical examination are about on the content of the lecture, divided into written and the form of questions. Results 80 students opinion were surveied the about the teaching method, that using multiple teaching mode combined in teaching, this teaching satisfaction rate of was 94 %, the excellence rate was 91%. Conclusions this teaching mode can standardize the teaching of the teacher's teaching level, make it flexible, mobile and could targeted training of nursing students and, improve their self-study initiative, improve nursing students self-study initiative, and to strengthen the nursing students master clinical knowledge and skills, could also enhance its ability and communication skills at the same time, and make it easy for more conducive to master surgical technique and knowledge, teaching effect is more ideal.
