摘  要:新建穗莞深城际铁路无砟轨道松福路1号特大桥为钢结构拱桥,主跨采用140 m钢箱系杆拱桥,拱肋、系梁采用钢箱截面。为解决结构刚度不足,梁端转角过大,吊杆亦采用钢箱截面。桥面系为纵横梁体系和预制混凝土桥面板。采用平面模型和空间模型分别进行受力分析计算,对拱肋、系梁、吊杆、纵横梁等结构应力、刚度、稳定性、疲劳进行了控制分析,优化杆件尺寸,取得良好的设计效果。The Songfu Road No. 1 Bridge with ballastless track in newly-built Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway is a steel structure arch bridge,with adopting 140 m steel box tied arch bridge for the main span,and steel box section for the arch rib and tie beam. Steel box section is also used for hanger to solve the lack of structure rigidity and the large beam angle. The bridge deck system is made of stringer-crossbeam composite floor system and precast concrete deck slab. The plane model and spatial model are used respectively to analyze and calculate the loading force,carry on analysis of the structure stress,rigidity,stability and fatigue checking of arch rib,tie beam,hanger and stringer-crossbeam,and optimize the member size. Ultimately,a satisfactory result is achieved.
