摘 要:随着城市地铁的持续建设和地铁网络的不断完善,新线隧道施工过程中从既有铁路、既有构筑物下穿越的情况越来越多。以莞惠城际铁路工程为依托,根据现场钻孔勘测获取现场土层的力学参数和监测数据资料,对其中区间隧道下穿既有京九铁路线采用D型便梁加固结构。重点分析D型便梁结构,运用ANSYS软件进行有限元模拟分析。分别对采用客车列车、货车列车对20m跨及24m跨进行加载下四种最不利工况进行计算,根据监测资料总结D型便梁加固方法对的实际加固效果及地层沉降变形控制,保障下穿隧道施工安全,为同类施工计算提供指导借鉴。With the continuous improvement of the urban subway's ongoing construction and subway network,there are a growing number of new railway tunnels under through the existing railway lines.The normal operation the rail lines and the integrity of these existing structures should be warranted.This paper presents the results of using Type D Girder to reinforce the space of Guanhui inter-city rail line underneath the existing Beijing-Kowloon Line.The site specific engineering soil properties were obtained from the site boring and testing program.The performance of the Type D Girder was simulated by using ANSYS finite element software.Two span lengths,20 mand 24m,under two different operation loading conditions of passenger train and cargo train,were analyzed.The numerical simulation results are compared with the construction monitoring results and the construction safety of the future safe operation of the inter-city rail line tunnel underneath the existing rail line can be warranted.
