为区域经济服务 创新人才培养模式——浅谈静海成职教中心人才培养模式改革研究

摘　　要：天津市静海县成人职业教育中心借助示范学校建设的契机,针对传统人才培养模式产生的专业建设与行业发展相脱节现象,立足职业教育服务地方产业经济发展,坚持以就业为导向,大力推进校企合作、工学结合,提出"认知实践、岗位体验、实操训练、顶岗实习"四阶段人才培养模式,以工学结合为切入点,进一步深化"教、学、做"一体化的教学模式,努力实现专业与职业、就业的零距离接轨。Tianjin jinghan area adult vocational education center put forward ＂cognitive praxis, job experience, training for practice, substituted post exercitation＂ four steps personnel training mode by virtue of demonstration school construction. This idea aim at the separation phenomenon specialty construction and industry development of traditional personnel training mode, basing on the vocational education servicing local industry economic development, insisting employment oriented, giving great impetus to school - enterprise cooperation and combination of learning with working. This idea based on combination of learning with working, further deepening ＂teaching, learning, action＂ integration teaching model, working towards zero distance between major with occupation and employment.
