互联网思维迫使传统行业组织业务流程重组

摘　　要：互联网时代对传统行业组织提出颠覆性挑战,曾经巨人身量的企业不是落败于技术,关键是滞后于互联网理念。更新理念必须配合以业务流程的调整和重组。高职教育跻身于传统行业中,参考传统企业的流程重组,基于共享、开放、去中心化等互联网思维,反思学院现有流程,需要从市场需求切入,重组校内教育教学服务流程,达成就业和招生两端客户满意的服务目标。the Internet era brings forward subversive challenges for traditional industry organizations,the giant the enterprise is not lost in technology,the key lies in lagging behind the Internet concept.The concept of renewal must be aligned with the adjustment and reorganization of business processes.Ranking among the traditional industries,higher vocational education needs to reorganize the school education and teaching service processes to reach the service objectives of the customer satisfaction of both employment and recruitment from the market demand with the reference of the traditional enterprise process reengineering and based on the Internet thinking of sharing,open,de-centralization and the reflection of the existing college process.
