摘 要:针对居民用水时间集中、用水量变化较大、居民供水系统可能存在耗能高、可靠性低、水资源浪费、管网系统待完善等问题,本设计提出利用压力反馈、PID控制,配以单片机、压力传感器,根据管网的压力,通过变频器控制水泵的转速,使管网中的压力始终保持在合适的范围,从而解决因楼层太高而导致压力严重不足及小流量时能耗大的问题。In the point of concentration of using water time in the residents, great change of water consumption, and a series of problems of water supply system, such as high energy consumption, low reliability, the waste of water resources, the network system that is to improve and other issues, this design proposes pressure feedback and PID control, using a single chip microcomputer and pressure sensors. Therefore, according to the pressure of the pipe network, the speed of the water pump is controlled by the frequency converter, so that the pressure in the pipe network is always maintained in a suitable range. It can solve the problem that the high floors result in the serious shortage of the pressure and the large energy consumption of the small flow.
