摘 要:自2006年彭宇案以来,"扶老人难题"已成为中国社会大众信任危机的信号,它演绎为三个不断深入的难题:"撞,没撞"的道德信用问题;"信,不信"的伦理信任问题;"扶,不扶"的文化信心问题。"道德信用危机—伦理信任危机—文化信心危机",就是伦理型文化背景下信任危机的病理图谱。伦理信任是社会的"文明的资格",开启伦理信任的破冰之旅必须走出三大误区:走出"市民社会陷井";走出信任的"伦理半径";走出"农夫与蛇"和"宠物心态"的两极。Since the 'Peng Yu case'of 2006,'the problem of helping the old'has become the signal of a public crisis of confidence in Chinese society.Three problems are included within this:a moral credibility problem( of'hit,or didn't hit,'i.e.whether or not Peng Yu struck Xu Shoulan),an ethical trustworthiness problem( of'trust,or don't trust,'i.e.of whom to trust),and a cultural confidence problem( of 'help,or don't help,'i.e.of whether or not to help strangers).Ethical trust is a prerequisite for a civilized society.The beginning of ethical trust must get out of three misunderstandings:'the trap of civil society'( differentiation between licentiousness and poverty and degeneration in both the physical and ethical senses); the ethical'radius of trust'( a concept put forward by Francis Fukuyama referring to the size of the social circle within which a group possessing social capital presumes that cooperative norms are in effect); and the polarization implicit in 'the farmer and the snake'( a metaphor wherein despite trying to establish a baseline of trust one inevitably causes good people to shudder with fear) and 'the mentality of the pet'( the lack of a baseline of trust or an awareness of the risk inherent in trust).
