摘  要:以采自大兴安岭的3份扁枝衣(Evernia mesomorpha)为试材,采用刮皮层法,分离获得6株内生真菌,通过菌落形态观察和ITS序列分析,并以5种病原真菌为拮抗指示菌,采用平板对峙培养法,研究了6株内生真菌的抗病原菌活性。结果表明:6株内生真菌全部属于子囊菌门(Ascomycota)粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes),其中菌株FF-3、FF-4为紫棕炭团菌(Hypoxylon fuscum),菌株FF-7为白色侧齿霉菌(Engyodontium album),菌株FF-2为炭团菌属(Hypoxylon sp.),菌株FF-6为炭角菌属(Xylariasp.),菌株FF-9为毛壳菌属(Chaetomiumsp.);菌株FF-2(Hypoxylon fuscum)和FF-6(Xylariasp.)均对多枝横梗霉(Lichtheimia ramosa)有抑制作用;菌株FF-6对黄瓜萎蔫病菌(Plectosphaerella cucumerina)有抑制作用。其中,FF-6抑制病原真菌的活性较好,形成明显的拮抗条带,最大宽度为7.00mm。菌株FF-2、FF-6有望成为植物病原真菌的候选生物防治菌。Six strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from three samples of Evernia mesomorpha by scraping cortex method,which were collected from the Great Hinggan Mountains.Taking five pathogenic fungi as antagonistic indicator,anti-pathogenic fungal activities of six strains were studied by the plate confrontation method.The results showed that based on the morphological observation of colonies and ITS sequence analysis,all six strains of endophytic fungi were classified to Sordariomycetes,Ascomycota.Among them,strains FF-3and FF-4were identified as Hypoxylon fuscum,strain FF-7was identified as Engyodontium album,strain FF-2was identified as Hypoxylonsp.,strain FF-6was identified as Xylariasp.,strain FF-9was identified as Chaetomium sp.,strains FF-2(Hypoxylon fuscum)and FF-6(Xylariasp.)had inhibitory effect on Lichtheimia ramosa.Strain FF-6had inhibitory effect on Plectosphaerella cucumerina.Strain FF-6had the obvious inhibitory activity against pathogenic fungi,which could form an obvious antagonistic strip.The maximum width observed was 7.00 mm in the experiment.Strains FF-2and FF-6were expected to be candidated biological control fungi of plant pathogenic fungi.
