摘  要:目的:分析脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与其易感疾病发生、发展的相关性。方法:计算机检索自2010至今的脑源性神经营养因子单核苷酸多态性的中英文文献,从文献发表年限、研究分类等方面进行分析、整理与BDNF基因SNP关联密切的疾病及其易感人群。结果:共纳入72篇文献;BDNF基因SNP与神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、生殖系统疾病、其他系统疾病的发病、发展密切相关。结论:遗传因素对临床疾病的发生发展具有重要意义。BDNF基因SNP变化与临床具体疾病发生、发展密切相关,分析其相关性可以为基因诊断和个体化治疗提供参考。Objective: To analyze the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and the disease's occurrence and development. Methods: Retrieve the literature about single nucleotide polymorphisms of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in English or Chinese since 2010 by computer. Focus on collecting the SNP of BDNF gene associated diseases and susceptible population from the publication year. Results: A total of 72 articles were included in total. The SNP of BDNF gene had close relationship with nervous system,endocrine system,reproductive system and other system diseases. Conclusion:Genetic factors play important role in the occurrence and development of clinical diseases. The change of BDNF gene deeply influences the occurrence and development of clinical disease. Analysis of the correlation can provide the reference for gene diagnosis and individualized treatment.
