摘　　要：免疫性血小板减少症(immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)是一种免疫介导的以血小板减少和皮肤粘膜出血为特征的自身免疫性疾病。现代中医学家将ITP中医病名称为"紫癜病"。慢性ITP中医病机多与"脾不统血"密切相关,文章基于"脾统血"理论浅析从脾论治ITP的可行性及有效性,实验研究及临床实践均提示从脾论治ITP具有良好的疗效,体现中医从脾论治ITP具有一定优势。Iimmune thrombocytopenia（ ITP） is an autoimmune disorder characterized by a low platelet count and mucocutaneous bleeding. The traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） name of ITP is ＂purpura disease＂. TCM pathogenesis of chronic ITP is closely related to the spleen failing to control blood. This article analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of treatment of ITP from spleen based on the theory of ＂spleen controlling blood＂. Both experimental study and clinical practice showed that treatment of ITP by the theory had good therapeutic effect. It has certain advantages in treating ITP by TCM from spleen.
