基于《金匮要略》历节病论治膝骨关节炎思路探讨

摘　　要：仲景对于历节病的论述,是《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中较为系统的诊治体系。主张祛邪注重温散,发汗以宣散肌表之风寒湿邪;注重固护脾胃。临床治疗骨性关节炎应参照历节病之辨证,辨明寒热,审清虚实,活用经方。深入探讨历节病的论治思想对治疗膝骨性关节炎有重要的指导意义。Zhang Zhong-jing＇ s exposition on severe and migratory arthralgia is more systematic diagnosis and treatment system in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chambe. It advocates elimina- ting pathogen by warming and scatter, dispelling pathogenic wind-cold-dampness of skin and muscles through dia- ment thought of severe and migratory arthralgia has the important guiding significance for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
