摘 要:目的为了适应新的医学教学模式的转变和寄生虫病防治的实际需要,构建以器官为中心,以问题为引导的寄生虫教学体系。方法设置对照班和试验班,分别用传统授课方式和以器官为中心引导的授课方式进行授课。结果试验班学生学习兴趣浓,主动学习能力提高,成绩与对照班相比差异有显著性。结论构建以器官为中心,以问题为引导的寄生虫学教学体系有利于提高学生的能力,从而促进教学。Objective To build the organ-centered and problem-guided teaching system of parasitology to adapt to the transformation of new medical teaching mode and the need of parasitic disease prevention and control. Methods Setting up the control class with the traditional teaching method and experimental class with the organ-centered teaching method. Results The students in experimental class had stronger interest in learning and improved active learning ability. The scores of control class had significant differ- ence with those of the control class. ConclusionThe organ-centered and problem-guided teaching system of parasitology can improve the ability of students and promote the teaching effect.
