摘　　要：聚焦北京市属高校青年教师群体,通过描述性分析和差异性分析了解高校青年教师心理压力水平、压力来源、对心理健康知识的了解程度及缓解压力的方式方法等,以便缓解高校青年教师心理压力,提升青年教师心理健康水平,促进高校人才培养质量的提升。This article focus on the young teachers in colleges and universities of Beijing.Through descriptive analysis and variance analysis,it helps us to understand the young teachers＇ psychological stress level,source of stress,and the knowledge of mental health and the methods of stress relief.Thus we can alleviate the psychological stress of young teachers in colleges and universities,and improve their psychological health level,and improve the quality of talent production.
