摘 要:目的了解包虫病流行范围和程度,全面、科学、规范地指导包虫病防治工作。方法用随机抽样方法在全区范围内抽取1/2的乡镇作为调查点,分别进行人群患病率、儿童感染率和患病率、健康知识问卷、犬粪抗原以及中间宿主患病情况调查。结果甘州区包虫患者群患病率0.04%,儿童血清学阳性率为1.58%,犬粪抗原检测阳性率2.66%。包虫病处于低流行态势,人群包虫病防治知晓率和健康行为正确率偏低。结论今后要将包虫病防治知识的普及作为工作重点,同时增加人员、设备和经费投入,进一步加强监测和防治工作。Objective To investigate the epidemic status of hydatid disease, in order to provide information for its prevention and treatment. Methods A random sampling method was adopted to investigate the prevalence rate, infection rate and prevalence among children, health knowledge, canine fecal antigen, and prevalence of intermediate host diseases in villages and towns in the district. Results The prevalence of hydatid disease was 0.04~. The seroprevalence rate was 1.58~ among children. The positive rate of canine fecal antigen was 2.66~~. The prevalence of hydatid disease was low, but peoples' awareness of echinococcosis prevention and healthy behavior was also low. Conclusion In the future, the focus should be the popularization of knowledge of hydatid disease prevention and control. The personnel, equipment and funds should be increased to further strengthen the monitoring, prevention and control work.
