摘  要:我国是食管癌的高发国家,由于缺乏有效的早期诊断标志,食管癌的存活和预后不容乐观,因而需要更高稳定性、敏感性、特异性的生物学标志。miRNA是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码单链小RNA,参与生命活动的病理生理过程。miRNA不仅稳定存在于肿瘤组织中,在人体的血清/血浆中也能保持稳定。循环miRNA在食管癌的两种主要类型中表达不同,并且与食管癌的发生发展关系密切,因而循环miRNA有望成为一种新型生物学标志,有助于食管癌类型的鉴别诊断,早期监测以及预后。There is a high incidence of esophageal cancer(EC) in China. The survival and prognosis of EC is unoptimis- tic due to the lack of efficient early diagnostic markers. There is an urgent demand of novel biomarkers with more stability, sen- sitivity and specificity, miRNAs are a class of small non-coding single stranded RNAs consisting of 21-23 nucleotides, which are involved in the pathological and physiological process of life activities, miRNAs are stable not only in tumor tissues, but al- so in serum/plasma. There arc significant differences in the expression patterns of circulating miRNAs between two main types of EC. They are closely related to the occurrence and progression of EC, which make circulating miRNAs a novel kind of bio- markers for differential diagnosis, early supervision of esophageal cancer, and prognosis.
