不同麻醉方式对大鼠高眼压模型眼压值的影响

摘　　要：目的为测量大鼠高眼压模型的眼压选择理想的麻醉方式。方法将构建成功后的高眼压模型大鼠30只,运用随机数字法随机分为水合氯醛组10只,七氟烷组10只,倍诺喜组10只;各组均给与相应组的麻醉药物进行麻醉后,分别在第8、11、14、17、20、24、27、30 d的上午10点用Tono-pen-avia眼压计进行眼压测量,每只大鼠测量5次,取平均值。结果水合氯醛组和七氟烷组的眼压值在相应的时间点,结果基本相似,而倍诺喜组眼压值在相应的时间点较其他两组眼压值偏高,即水合氯醛组与七氟烷组在七个眼压监测点眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);倍诺喜组眼压同其他两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),因此认为倍诺喜组的眼压值高于实际眼压值,水合氯醛组与七氟烷组眼压值更接近真实眼压值。结论三种麻醉方式中,七氟烷麻醉简便易行,测量的眼压值可靠性高,可在测眼压时选用。OBJECTIVE To find the ideal way of anesthesia for measurement of intraocular pressure in in- traocular hypertension rat model. METHODS After high intraocular pressure model establishment, 30 experimental rats were randomly divided into chloral hydrate group （10 rats）, sevoflurane group （10 rats）, Benoxil group （10 rats）, and rats in each group were anesthetized with corresponding drugs. Then their intraocular pressures were de- tected with Tono-pen avia tonography at 10 o＇clock of 8~, 11th, 17z, 20~, 24~＇, 27~ and 30＇h day after anesthesia. Each time, intraocular pressure was presented by the average value of five-times＇ result. RESULTS The intraocular pressures of 8~1, 11~＇, 17dl, 20~, 24~, 27~ and 30~ day after anesthesia in chloral hydrate group and sevoflurane group were similar, while result of Benoxil group was higher than the other two groups. In other words, there was no significant difference between chloral hydrate group and sevoflurane group at seven time point （P〉0.05）; while differences between Benoxil group and other two groups had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Thus, intraocular pres- sure of Benoxil group was higher than actual result while it of chloral hydrate group and sevoflurane group was more approximate to actual result. CONCLUSIONS Among the three kinds of anesthesia, sevoflurane anesthesia was easy to perform and reliable in result, thus it should be preferred in intraocular pressure measurement.
