民族地区旅游开发的居民满意度测评——以官鹅沟国家森林公园为例

摘　　要：当地居民是旅游活动的重要参与者,民族地区其地理位置特殊,旅游环境系统相对脆弱,且多处于连片特困地区,因此,对民族地区旅游开发的居民满意度进行测评就更具代表性。本文在对国内外相关文献进行总结的基础上,运用结构方程模型,构建了民族地区旅游开发的居民满意度模型,对居民满意度的形成机理和行为结果进行探讨。并且,以官鹅沟国家森林公园为例进行实证研究,提出提升民族地区旅游开发居民满意度的主要举措:民族地方政府的积极引导、提升旅游者的环保素质、深化旅游开发者与经营者的可持续经营理念与培养当地居民的责任心和自豪感。该实例是民族地区旅游开发的居民满意度的一个缩影,对其他民族地区居民满意度的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。Local residents are important tourism participants in ethnic minority areas. With its special geographical location, minority areas have relatively weak tourism environment system and most of them are in contiguous poor areas. So evaluation of residents＇ satisfaction of tourism development in minority areas is more representative. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures from home and abroad, this paper develops the model of tourism community resident satisfaction （TCRS） by structural modeling approach, with the purpose of investigating the formation progress and behavioral results of resident satisfaction. It takes Guanegou National Forest Park as an example of empirical research, and puts forward some counter- measures to promote the tourism development of minority area residents＇ satisfaction, i.e., the local government of ethnic areas should actively guide and improve environmental quality of the tourists, deepen the concept of sustainable manage- ment of tourism developers and operators and cultivate the tourism sense of responsibility and pride of the local residents. The study of the article is a microcosm of the satisfaction of local residents in ethnic areas, which has some references for the study of residents＇ satisfaction in other ethnic areas.
