摘  要:急性肾盂肾炎是以高热寒战、浑身酸痛、尿频、尿急、尿痛、腰痛伴肾区叩痛、疲乏无力、食欲减退、可有恶心呕吐为主要症状的由细菌感染引起的泌尿系统疾病,细菌侵染肾脏后,介导核转录因子调控炎性因子的转录,从而使肾脏发生炎症反应。介导转录因子的信号途径有丝裂原活化蛋白激酶途径、核因子κB途径,这两种途径的激发均通过细菌脂多糖、肽聚糖等与胞膜Toll样受体结合,激活与此相关的一系列激酶,引起炎症级联反应以及一系列其他肾脏疾病。Acute pyelonephritis is a urinary system infection disease,the main symptoms of which are chills and fever,body pain,urinary frequency,urgency,dysuria,pain with renal area percussion pain,fatigue,weakness,loss of appetite,and having nausea and vomiting. Currently,it is thought that bacterial infection is the major etiological factor of acute pyelonephritis. And transcription factors can be mediated after bacterial infection and regulate the transcription of inflammatory cytokines which then induces the kidney inflammation. The signaling pathways are mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)pathway and nuclear factor(NF)-κB pathway,which are both activated by combining lipopolysaccharide and peptidoglycan with the Toll like receptor(TLR) of the cell membrane,and activating a series of associated kinases by TLR,then inducing the cascade reaction and causing renal diseases such as renal fibrosis and glomerular nephritis.
