摘　　要：在全球的恶性肿瘤中,直肠癌具有发病率高、根治性差的特点。个体化治疗指根据每例患者的不同情况采用科学合理的治疗方案。个体化治疗有助于每例肿瘤患者根据具体实际,采用合适的治疗方案,从而达到最好的治疗效果。目前在我国个体化治疗已经应用于不同恶性肿瘤的治疗中,其中在直肠癌中的应用也较多。但是有些医师对于个体化治疗的概念以及应用的一些要求和做法尚不明确。根据患者的具体情况,采用个体化的治疗方式和手术方式,使治疗更加科学合理,是直肠癌患者未来治疗的发展趋势。Among the malignant tumors worldwide,the rectal cancer is featured with high incidence and poor cure. Individual treatment means to administer different,reasonable and right regimen according to the specific situation of every patient. Individualized treatment is helpful to bring great benefits to them. Today,in China individualized treatments have been applied to treat patients with malignancies,including rectal cancer,though some clinicians are still unclear about the concept,requirement and method of individualized treatment. The use of individualized treatment and surgical treatment according to the specific circumstances of patients to realize more scientific and reasonable treatment is the future development trend for rectal cancer.
