摘　　要：精准扶贫是相对于粗放式扶贫而言,是"大水漫灌"扶贫方式转向"精准滴管"模式,其核心是"精准"二字。少数民族地区由于受地理位置、自然环境等方面的影响经济社会发展相对落后。针对问题,首先分析了少数民族地区贫困户因病、因学、因劳动能力素质不高等致贫原因,然后对扶贫工作的精准识别难、扶贫难度大等方面的现实困境做了阐述,最后以茂县唱斗村为例,提出了少数民族地区精准扶贫在产业扶贫、教育扶贫的路径选择。The targeted poverty alleviation, which is relative to the non - targeted poverty alleviation, is a model of dropwise poverty alleviation from flooded poverty alleviation, and the word precise is the core. Influenced by the geographical location, natural environment and other aspects, the development of the society and economy of minority areas falls behind. This paper analyzes the causes of poverty by illness, lack of learning, poor labor quality in the minority areas, expounds the realistic difficulties in the precise identification of the poverty alleviation work, the hard implementation of poverty alleviation, etc., and proposes path selections of targeted poverty alleviation in industry support and education support in minority areas with Changdou Village, Maoxian as an example.
