“精神生产”视域下高层次人才智力贡献问题探析

摘　　要：马克思从理论上揭示了精神生产的本质,即精神生产立足于对人精神世界的深切关怀,它是一个历史过程。增进高层次人才智力贡献,需要始终以人民群众的利益为出发点和落脚点,打破精神生产围着资本指挥棒摇摆的惯性;突破本地区本民族本时代智力活动的局限,有效吸收以往历史上延续下来的精神遗产,同时借鉴全球精神文明成果;把握科技创新驱动的乘数效应,积极抢占知识经济发展高地。Marx revealed the essence of spiritual production in theory, that is, the spiritual production is based on the deep concern of the spiritual world. P？omoting high - level talent contributions needs to the people＇ s interests as the starting point and goal, to break the spirit of the production around the capital baton swing inertia; to breakthrough region of the nation of the era of intellectual activity limitation, to effectively absorb the spirit of heritage inherited from the history of the past, and learn from the world＇ s spiritual civilization ; to grasp the mul- tiplier effect scientific and technological innovation driven and actively seize the high ground of knowledge econ- omy development.
