摘 要:MEMS陀螺仪作为智能设备的核心感知部件,相关的专利增长迅猛,与美日欧的企业相比,我国的MEMS陀螺仪公司绝大多数为初创型小微企业,技术薄弱、产品单一、依赖代工。本文基于国内的行业现状,以国外典型MEMS陀螺仪初创企业代表——Inven Sense公司为例,从专利布局、申请策略、技术路线和企业并购四个方面着手,在专利层面上进行了深入挖掘,力求探索其在专利技术和市场运营方面的成功之道。希望能够借助对Inven Sense公司的专利分析,为我国初创公司密集型的MEMS陀螺仪产业探索一条创业之路。As the core sensing part of intelligent equipment, the related patents of MEMS gyroscope are growing rapidly. Compared with companies of the United States, Japan and Europe, most of the Chinese MEMS gyroscope companies are start-ups. The technology of most of these companies is weak, and the product type number are few, and they rely on OEM. In this paper, based on the current situation of the domestic industry, taking a typical foreign MEMS gyroscope start-up company - InvenSense for an example, from patent layout, application strategy, technology roadmap and corporate mergers, the author explores its road to success from patented technology and market operations. Through the patent analysis of InvenSense, it' s possible to explore a successful road for China's MEMS gyroscope industry which is start-up-intensive.
