摘　　要：Imagine a 7/24 self-helping service hall that efficiently handles and processes all your ordinary needs related to administrative issues,from commercial documents,tax declaration,quality inspection and credential documents for individuals or families.That's not fiction,but how Xicheng district of Beijing works and explores with its national-level administrative service standardization pilot project which was started from November 2011 and now truly realizes the new administrative service mode supported by a whole system of standardization practice.
