摘　　要：目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症脑病患者意识状态及不良事件的影响。方法选取2015-01—2016-08于我院肾内科治疗的尿毒症脑病患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组单纯给予常规血液透析治疗,观察组在此基础上给予血液灌流治疗,比较2组临床疗效、意识状态及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组总有效率91.89%,对照组为78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组NIHSS评分、GCS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.41%,对照组为24.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析可明显提高尿毒症脑病患者的临床效果,改善意识障碍状态,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on conscious state and adverse events in patients with uremic encephalopathy.Methods From Jan.2015 to Aug.2016 in the department of nephrology in our hospital,74 patients with uremic encephalopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group,patients in the control group were only given conventional hemodialysis treatment,patients in the observation group were given hemoperfusion treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse events and state of consciousness in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.89%,control group was 78.38%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Compared NIHSS score and GCS score of two groups after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.41%,the control group was 24.32%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can significantly improve the clinical effect of uremic encephalopathy,improve the state of consciousness disorders,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
