摘 要:为了解决海上油田丛式井网磁干扰环境下的井眼轨迹随钻精确测量与防碰难题,成功研发了基于光纤陀螺的随钻陀螺测量系统。系统由地面部分和井下部分组成,井下部分安装在203.2 mm钻铤内,通过泥浆压力脉冲进行数据传输。对陀螺传感器进行小型化和提高抗振性的研究,使其满足了钻井环境的要求。在室内和试验井进行了系统的测量精度、抗振性、耐温性以及钻井环境适应性测试,各项性能都达到了研发指标。通过在渤海某油田的现场应用结果表明,随钻陀螺测量系统的测量精度达到轨迹控制要求,工具性能及结构强度满足钻井作业环境。该系统现场操作简单,对磁干扰环境下的井眼轨迹精确测量与控制具有重要作用。In order to solve the magnetic interference caused MWD accuracy problems and anti-collision problems of cluster wells in offshore oilfield,a gyro measurement while drilling system was successfully developed based on the fiber-optic gyro. This system consists of surface components and downhole components. The downhole components are installed in φ203.2mm drill collar,data transmitted by mud pulse. Research has been done on miniaturization and shock performance improvement to meet the requirements of drilling environment. Indoor and field tests have been made on this system's measurement accuracy,shock resistance,high temperature performance and compatibility with the drilling environments,all performance parameters reaching the R & D indicators. Its application in some well in Bohai shows that its measurement accuracy can meet trajectory control requirements, tool performance and structural strength suitable for drilling environments. This system is simple in field operation,it will be an important tool for accurate measurement and control of well trajectory when there exists magnetic interference.
