品管圈质量管理工具在提高肝硬化患者饮食依从性的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究品管圈质量管理工具在提高肝硬化患者饮食依从性的应用效果。方法选择2015年1-5月在该院消化内科住院的154例肝硬化患者作为对照组,同年7-11月同科住院的163例肝硬化患者作为研究组;对照组进行常规医护饮食护理,研究组采用品管圈质量管理工具进行持续的医护质量改进,采用问卷方式对患者进行调查分析。结果在运用品管圈质量管理工具后的研究组患者饮食依从性差、依从性一般、依从性好的分别为20、48、95例,优于对照组的41、49、64例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发生肝硬化并发症3例(1.84%),低于对照组的11例(7.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的患者对护理工作的总体满意度为97.55%,高于对照组的90.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈质量管理工具在提高肝硬化患者饮食依从性中效果显著,并且能减少肝硬化并发症的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application effect of quality control cycle（QCC）quality management tool in improving the dietary compliance of the patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 154 inpatients with live cirrhosis in the gastrointestinal department of our hospital from January to May 2015 were randomly selected as the control group and 163 cases of liver cirrhosis from July to November of the same year were selected as the study group;the control group conducted the routine medical diet care,while the study group conducted the continuous improvement medical care quality improvement by adopting the QCC quality management tool.The questionnaire mode was adopted to conduct the survey and analysis on the patients.Results After using the QCC quality management tool,the poor dietary compliance,general dietary compliance and good dietary compliance in the study group were 20,48 and 95cases respectively,which were better than 41,49 and 64cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The complications of liver cirrhosis occurred in 3cases（1.84%）of the study group,which was lower than11cases（7.14%）of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The patient′s total satisfaction on nursing work in the study group was 97.55%,which was higher than 90.92%in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The QCC quality management tool has obvious effect in improving the dietary compliance in the patients with liver cirrhosis,can decrease the occurrence of liver cirrhosis complications,increases the patient′s satisfaction on nursing work and is worth clinical promotion.
