摘  要:针对我国内河的大水位差码头在使用岸电技术时码头接电口、电缆长度如何适应大水位差变化的难题。该文以典型的直立式码头为依托,提出了船用岸电工艺方案;设计大水位差码头的船用岸电控制方案,重点研究系统的水位监测装置、旋转编码器和岸电插座的位置控制方案;设计船用岸电系统的PLC控制系统;分析采用该系统产生的效能。In view of the wharf under a large range of stage in the inland river of our country,there is a problem that the electrical plug and the cable length how to adapt to the big change of water level difference when using the shore power technology. Firstly,based on the typical vertical-face wharf,a marine shore electricity process scheme was put forward;Secondly,the design of shore electricity control scheme for large water level terminal was mainly focused on the studies of water level monitoring device ,rotary encoder and the control scheme of the shore electrical plug position;Then,the PLC control system of the shore electricity system was designed;Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme was analyzed.
