摘  要:日粮中添加精氨酸可促进怀孕母猪胎盘生长发育,提高怀孕母猪繁殖性能。胎盘生长发育主要为滋养层细胞增殖、分化、侵润及融合等过程。因此,文章综述精氨酸及其代谢产物对滋养层细胞增殖、分化、生殖激素分泌和细胞生长因子表达调控作用及其相关信号通路影响等方面研究进展,旨在阐明精氨酸调控怀孕母猪胎盘滋养层细胞,促进怀孕母猪胎盘生长发育作用机理,以期为精氨酸在母猪繁殖营养应用提供科学依据。Dietary L-arginine supplementation has been shown to promote placental growth, thereby effectively improving the reproductive performance of pregnant sows. The progression of placentation is associated with the proliferation, differentiation, invasion and fusion of trophoblast cells which play a predominate role in placental development. This review thus summarized the current research progress on the effects of arginine and its metabolites on the proliferation, differentiation, hormones secretion, and growth factors expression in porcine placental trophoblast cells, and discussed the possible signaling pathways involved in these biological processes. The review would help better understand the mechanism of arginine on regulation of porcine placental trophoblast cells, and promotion of porcine placental development during pregnancy, aiming to provide scientific guidance for future applications of arginine in sow reproductive nutrition.
