摘 要:中药药动学是中药现代化研究必不可少的环节,是中医药与世界接轨的重要手段。药物在作用部位只有达到足够浓度,才能在体内发挥药效,而药物浓度不仅与给药剂量有关,亦受到药物体内过程的影响。传统中药药动学研究多基于健康实验动物展开,忽视了疾病状态下生理和病理变化可能引起相关药动学参数显著改变。本文系统综述了近年来基于常见疾病动物模型开展的中药药动学比较研究,并对不同动物模型药动学比较的研究发展趋势进行讨论和展望。In recent years, pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine has become essential for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Pharmaeokinetics is an important means for connecting traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Medications exert efficacy only when there is sufficient concentration at the target sites. The drug concentration is not only related to the dosage, but is also closely correlated to the metabolic processes in human body. Most pharmacokinetic studies of traditional Chinese medicine are based on healthy animals, which ignore significant changes of pharmacokinetic pa rameters in the diseased state. In this paper, the comparative pharmacokinetics of the traditional Chinese medicine based on animal models in their diseased states was reviewed. Developmental trends of pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine with different animal models were also discussed.
