摘 要:国际汉语教师是推动国际汉语教育最为重要的主体,也是学界研究的热点之一。文章对20世纪以来尤其是1985年以来的汉语教师研究分为3个阶段进行了全面的回顾与梳理。研究发现,国际汉语教育界在教师培训、素质、能力、意识方面的研究已较为成熟稳定。近年国际汉语教师研究呈现出两大趋势:一是国际汉语教师研究视野更加宽阔,内容更加细腻深入;二是在重视汉语教师队伍建设的同时,教师个体的发展研究正受到国际汉语教学界前所未有的关注。As the most important main part of International Chinese Education (ICE), studies of ICE teachers is one of the hot topics in academia. In this paper, it gives a comprehensive review of the research in ICE teachers of last century (especially since 1985) by dividing into three stages. The study found that researches on teacher training, quality, ability and consciousness of ICE teachers have been mature and stable. Those researches showed two trends: firstly, the perspective of ICE teachers is getting much broader, which is more delicate and with deeper content; secondly, great attention is paid to the study of self-development in ICE teacher while the academia focus on the construction of ICE teachers.
