元认知视角下“归因”在大学生成就动机培育中的应用

摘　　要：本文探讨了当代大学生普遍存在的习得性无助现象,深入分析了出现这种现象的心理状态及其产生的原因。根据大学生的成就动机分析,提出在元认知视角下,通过"归因"来塑造良好的成就动机,引导大学生树立正确归因的认知与习惯,平衡自身心理状态,获得不断的进步与发展。This paper explores the phenomenon of learned help- lessness generally existing among contemporary university stu- dents, and analyzes the psychological status and causes of the phenomenon. In accordance with the achievement motivation analysis of university students, this paper puts forward the estab- lishment of good achievement motivation through ＂attribution＂ from the perspective of metacognition, so as to guide university students to establish correct cognition and habit of attribution, balance their physical and psychological status, and achieve con- tinuous progress and development.
