摘　　要：目的:对西安市精神卫生中心美沙酮门诊运营10年情况分析。方法:通过回顾性研究,门诊总人数、实际在治人数、尿检阳性率、HIV、HCV、梅毒抗体阳性情况进行统计学分析。结果:截至2015年12月31日,西安市精神卫生中心美沙酮门诊本地收治1931人,目前实际在治人数、HIV、HCV、梅毒抗体、尿检阳性率近3年趋于稳定。结论:美沙酮维持治疗在我市进入平台期,如何让患者保持维持治疗是目前仍需解决的问题。Objective： To analyze operation situation in Xi＇an Mental Health Center MMT Clinic in 10 years.Methods： By retrospective study,we statistically analyzed the total number of outpatient and the actual number in treatment,the positive rate of urine,the positive cases of anti-HIV,anti-HCV and syphilis antibody.Results： By the end of December 31,2015,there had been 1931 patients treated in Xi＇an Mental Health Center MMT Clinic。The actual number of patients,and positive rate of anti-HIV,anti-HCV,syphilis antibody and urine test in recent 3 years tended to be stable.Conclusion： The growth of methadone maintenance treatment in Xi＇an is beginning to plateau,and how to maintain the treatment of patients still needs to be solved.
